It is divided into single flanged loose limit compensated connector and double flanged loose limit compensated connector by connection type.
Gland Type Limited Expansion Joint is made by adding a limit expansion pipe and limit studs to the AY type gland loose sleeve compensating joint. The maximum expansion amount is locked by double nuts, enabling the pipeline to expand and contract freely within the allowable expansion range. Once the maximum expansion amount is reached, the limit flange is blocked by the limit studs, thereby preventing the limit expansion pipe from being pulled off from the body and causing leakage. This type of flexible compensating joint is suitable for connecting pipelines that are overhead or without diagonal bracing.
