FlangeType Limited Expansion Joint

Flange Type Limited Expansion Joint is made by adding limit expansion pipe and limit bolts to AF type of Flanged loose compensated connector, the expansion limit part is locked by double nuts. It compensates axial displacement, flexing and decentration caused by heat expansion, cold shrinkage and foundation settlement, so as to protect equipments such as valves. It is divided into single flanged loose limit compensated connector and double flanged loose limit compensated connector by connection type.​

Sleeve Jointfor Transmission Force

Sleeve Joint for Transmission Force is made by adding flanged short pipe and force-transferring bolts to flanged loose compensated connector. Its difference with loose compensated connector and loose limit compensated connector is that its compensation amount was adjusted during installing and uninstalling. Once all the nuts are fastened, it is rigid connection, by which it can transfer axial force so as to protect equipments such as valves, pumps.

E2 Type Double Spherical Compensate joint

On basis of Ball joint (single ball), Double-ball Joint increase sleeve pipe and stopper that can compensate large angular displacement and axial displacement. So that can compensate large deviation of pipe which caused by foundation settlement and thermal expansion and contraction etc. This products have advantages of large compensation, small footprint, fluid resistance, easy installation, low comprehensive cost and so on.

Spherical Compensate joint

pherical compensate joint has outstanding anti-seismic performance. It is mainly used in the case of connecting pipes under large foundation settlement, strong vibration and complex topography condition. Sphere body can freely turn around the center within an θ angle so as to compensate the flexibility caused by foundation settlement, heat expansion and cold shrinkage. It has the advantage of large compen-sation, compact, small hydraulic resistance, easily installation and totally low cost.

Gland Type Limited Expansion Joint

Gland Type Limited Expansion Joint is made by adding a limit expansion pipe and limit studs to the AY type gland loose sleeve compensating joint. The maximum expansion amount is locked by double nuts, enabling the pipeline to expand and contract freely within the allowable expansion range. Once the maximum expansion amount is reached, the limit flange is blocked by the limit studs, thereby preventing the limit expansion pipe from being pulled off from the body and causing leakage. This type of flexible compensating joint is suitable for connecting pipelines that are overhead or without diagonal bracing.
